Job Summary:<\/p>\n\n

A Billing Analyst bills for the services that DSR provides. Billing Analysts work heavily with Excel spreadsheets using shortcut methods<\/strong>, high attention to detail with numbers, and completes billing files through specific process flows.<\/p>\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Follows instructions on the training manual as well as notes taken during training<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Files project emails in a timely fashion<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Importing client billing ID\u2019s to portals<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Analyzes customer contracts to determine the impact to billing<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Identifies and resolves billing issues within a billing file<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Follows the billing guidelines on certain billing elements<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Completes billing files based on assignments and timelines given to you<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Other duties as assigned<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Qualifications \/ Skill Requirements:<\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>HS Diploma\/GED required<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Proficient with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with shortcut methods<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>High comfortability with numbers and analyzing data<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Exceptional attention to detail pertaining to numbers, formulas, and processes<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Operation of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate with various individuals<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, verbal)<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Ability to prioritize and organize effectively to work on projects simultaneously<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines<\/span><\/p>\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Ability to use good judgment and decision-making skills<\/span><\/p>\n\n
